Pass Plus

PASS PLUS is an advance training scheme for new drivers. It’s much more than just a few extra lessons. This is a specially designed course by the Driving Standards Agency. Pass Plus can also give drivers a number of other benefits, such as cheaper motor insurance. The course consists of six practical modules.

TOWN DRIVING:

Driving in town can be daunting, rush hour traffic, complicated junctions and traffic systems.

ALL-WEATHER DRIVING

Rain, fog, bright sunshine, snow and ice, different conditions need different skills.

DRIVING ON DUAL CARRIAGEWAYS

To drive safely on fast, multi-lane roads you’ll need good observation, concentration, anticipation and lane discipline.

NIGHT DRIVING

Dealing with dazzle, judging distance and speed, using your lights correctly, these are just some of the areas covered.

DRIVING ON MOTORWAYS

Motorways are our fastest and busiest roads, concentration, planning and judgement are essential skills.

DRIVING OUT OF TOWN

Country roads can harbour all kinds of hazards, from sharp bends and potholes to farm vehicles and animals on the road
